The widget tool we developed visualizes data points. To do this, a widget type (e.g. table or diagram), the diagram type, the field object (e.g. fan), the time period and the mode (average value, max./min. value) are selected and linked to one or more sensors .
In addition, by using two Y-axes, different sensors can be integrated into a widget to display possible dependencies.
The precise definition of thresholds and limit values, taking into account a wide range of parameters such as deviation duration, tolerances and dependencies, enables precise monitoring and analysis of all data streams. As soon as a value leaves the defined range, alarms and event notifications can be automatically sent to relevant stakeholders via email, SMS or other channels. Anomaly detection helps you identify and classify previously undetected deviations or patterns in the data, leading to improved data evaluation.
Use the process designer to digitally map your individual system processes, including complex interrelationships such as volume flows, pressure and energy consumption. Downtimes, blockages, leaks, defects and consumption fluctuations can be visualized and analyzed more easily using a process view - this saves valuable time until the problem is resolved.
The self-service tool for the design of technical plant processes allows users to easily describe dependencies between objects using data and identify critical paths without external support. The designs created are used for visualization and analysis in the process view as well as for controlling and regulating processes through the IIoT platform. It also supports the automatic detection of atypical process behavior.
In addition to displaying the systems and machine data in dashboards, the data and information can also be exported. The IIoT platform offers various options for displaying and extracting system and machine data.
- Reporting via file export: The platform generates preconfigured reports with diagrams and tables as PDF or Excel documents. Users can freely define content such as time periods, machines or devices of the reports. The reports can also be published automatically via an email distribution list.
- Reporting dashboard for (large) screens: The platform offers configurable dashboards for interactive display on (large) screens in offices, control rooms or other areas. The data in the dashboard is continuously updated in real time. This allows users to quickly and easily create reports and access important information about the systems and machines.
